bdt12 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1Account Registration and Eligibility

To register an account on bdt12, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which use of online gambling services is prohibited.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended bdt12 account.

2Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on bdt12 — including deposits and withdrawals — are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals using an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bdt12 does not currently accept international credit or debit cards for deposits or withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bdt12 may request KYC documentation at any time, including copies of government-issued identification, before processing a withdrawal.

3Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdt12 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer's terms:

• Each bonus or promotion is available to eligible players only and may be restricted by location, account status, or prior bonus history.
• Welcome bonus funds are subject to a rollover requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the welcome bonus offer terms.
• bdt12 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

4Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdt12 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on bdt12 under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using software tools, bots, exploits, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate game or bet outcomes.

5Responsible Gaming Obligations

bdt12 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. As a condition of using the bdt12 platform, all players agree to the following:

• Players must only gamble with funds they can afford to lose. bdt12 accepts no responsibility for financial loss resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion and deposit limit tools available on the platform, and to contact our support team.
• bdt12 may in its sole discretion impose deposit limits, session limits, or a temporary or permanent account suspension on any player account where responsible gaming concerns are identified.

6Intellectual Property

All content on the bdt12 platform — including but not limited to website design, graphics, logos, text, game titles, and software — is the intellectual property of bdt12 or its licensors and is protected under applicable law. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any bdt12 content without express written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any bdt12 software.
• Using bdt12 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any form without prior written authorisation.

7Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt12 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising from contract, negligence, or any other legal theory:

• Any loss of funds arising directly or indirectly from use of the bdt12 platform, including losses from gambling activity.
• Any service interruption, technical failure, data loss, or unauthorised access resulting from circumstances beyond bdt12's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the bdt12 platform, even if bdt12 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8Account Suspension and Termination

bdt12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Where bdt12 has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Where a user's account activity raises concerns about fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Where bdt12 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.

9Privacy and Data Protection

bdt12 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the bdt12 platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your data is handled.

10Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bdt12 platform that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team will be submitted to binding arbitration. bdt12's decisions on all matters relating to gameplay, account balances, bonus eligibility, and platform rules are final and binding, subject to any mandatory legal rights you may hold under applicable law.
